WNNE is the callsign of a television station serving the Connecticut River Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. Once a separate station (owned by the original Taft Broadcasting, and later the second Taft Broadcasting), the descent towards a simulcast of WPTZ-TV began with the downsizing of staff in 1989. However, it maintains an identity separate from its parent station in terms of IDs, advertisements, and newscast openings [1]. WNNE can also be seen on low-power W65AM, channel 65. On its recently redesigned website, there is no logo for WNNE, only the one for WPTZ.
