Krystyna Jakubowska Tabaka (born December 15, 1942) is a Polish former volleyball player who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics and in the 1968 Summer Olympics.

She was born in Warsaw.

In 1964 she was part of the Polish team which won the bronze medal in the Olympic tournament. She played all five matches.

Four years later she won her second Olympic bronze medal with the Polish team. She played six matches.
