Hugh Boyd Secondary School is a school located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, that serves students from grades 8 to 12, and is part of the Richmond School District (SD 38). The school was opened in 1960, originally as a junior secondary school, and became a full range secondary school in 1996. It was named after Richmond's first reeve/head councilman (or mayor, in modern terms) and is best known for its extensive football program, which is unique in Richmond. The school is located at the corner of No. 1 Road and Francis Road in Richmond, adjacent to the West Richmond Community Centre. The current principal is Neil Kamide.

Hugh Boyd Secondary first opened in the 1960s and its new wing (containing the new office, science department, fine arts classrooms, library, gymnasium and lounge) was opened around 1995. Interestingly, this school have a near non-existant Theater Program.

It student population ranges each year, from approximately 700 to 900 students, most of whom are from the surrounding Seafair neighbourhood of western Richmond. Like most schools in Richmond, it boasts a large Chinese-Canadian population, most of whom are landed immigrants or naturalized citizens originally from Hong Kong, Taiwan or mainland China. Unlike other High Schools in Richmond, this lead to low grades, high drop out rates, low graduation rates, poor marks, and receiving a ranking of 237 out of 273 in the 2006 Fraser Institute report.

The school colours are black and gold, and the school sports teams are named the Hugh Boyd Trojans. The logo for the Trojans features a muscular Roman warrior wearing a gold metal armour, holding a stone cutout of the name "TROJANS." The alternate logo which is also used is simply the head of the warrior wearing a gold metal knight's helmet. Although the football team is the most prestigious and well-known team, the largest team is usually the table tennis team, which is commonly larger in participants than all the other sports teams combined.

Notable alumni include actress Nicki Clyne.
