Re: merging John Davidson (popular singer) and John Davidson (game show host);
I don't really like either of the titles. He has hosted variety programs in addition to game shows, and has also been an actor. Suggestions? Fan-1967 16:50, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
- Good point, and I thought about that too. John Davidson (entertainer) maybe? He's just done so many different things it's hard to pinpoint something. Kirjtc2 19:02, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
- I didn't think of that one, but I think it's a good choice. I just checked the DAB page and the others are a poet, a hockey player and a (redlinked) botanist. Entertainer should make it pretty clear who we're talking about. Fan-1967 20:24, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
Thank you
Everyone who worked on this should be thanked for removing needless duplication. Bona Fides 13:34, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
Faked His Death
Infamous for faking His death in the eighties or nineties. Disappeared for a time. Sorry no citation but it was a big deal in the news76.246.235.134 (talk) 23:13, 15 June 2011 (UTC)
- I never heard that, and I can't find any reference to that anywhere.—Chowbok ☠ 23:40, 15 June 2011 (UTC)
I am certain it happened. If I can find a reliable source I will let you know. Thanks Chowbok (still looking)76.246.235.134 (talk) 16:26, 18 June 2011 (UTC)
