Who funded the RPF, FRONASA, FREILMO, UNLA and RLA, alll of whom this article states Fred Rwigema was involved in.

To set up rebel 'guerrilla' armies requires military training, arms procurement, as well as payments for each individual guerilla'a 'labour'. This requires serious funding. Where did this funding come from?
