"Live Bait" was also the name of a Minnesota-based rock'n'roll trio of the late 80's. They were of arguable artistic value, made no impact on the Minneapolis "scene", and had minimal impact on anyone, really. They specialized in Neil Young and Nick Lowe covers, and performed a few silly originals. After an unsuccessful attempt to cash in on their catch-phrase, "Gimme Another Beer!", Live Bait faded into oblivion. Chicks didn't dig them.
