The Clarkson Golden Knights women's ice hockey program will represent Clarkson University during the 2012–13 NCAA Division I women's ice hockey season. The Golden Knights will attempt to secure their ninth consecutive berth in the ECAC playoffs, while attempting to qualify for their second NCAA tournament.
