Craigslist Killer is a name given by the media to individuals who were accused of murdering their victims after meeting the victims through Craigslist, a popular classified advertising website. The name has been applied to:

  • Michael John Anderson, former resident of Savage, Minnesota, USA, who was convicted in 2009 of having murdered Katherine Ann Olson in October 2007
  • Philip Markoff (1986–2010), American medical student who was charged with the murder of Julissa Brisman in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2009
  • Long Island serial Killer (Craigslist Ripper), an unidentified serial killer suspected of using Craigslist to find and murder at least four prostitutes in Long Island, New York
  • John Katehis murdered ABC radio news reporter George Weber in Brooklyn. The two had met via Craigslist; Weber was found bound and stabbed fifty times.
