Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta is an Atlanta based spin-off of the original Love & Hip Hop series. It premiered June 18, 2012 at 8/7c on VH1.[1] The series is produced by Stefan Springman, Mona Scott-Young, Toby Barruad, Stephanie Gayle and Carlos King and is directed by David Wolfgang and Jade Sandberg.
The official cast listing was revealed May 2012 and the premiere episode debuted June 18, 2012 with a season of 1 hour-long episodes along with a reunion special gathering all the ladies in one room and talking about the first season.[2]

- Joseline Hernandez (Season 1 -present)
Joseline Hernandez, a Miami native, is an aspiring Latin rapper and singer discovered by Stevie J. A former exotic dancer and personal trainer, Joseline is ready to take her place on the music charts with her own brand of Reggaeton music, infused with sexy lyrics and her spicy personality.
- Erica Dixon (Season 1-present)
Erica Dixon is the longtime on again/off again girlfriend of Lil Scrappy and mother of his 7 year old daughter, Emani. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Hempstead, NY by her aunt and uncle who took her in when her mother's drug addiction prevented her from caring for Erica. She's the youngest girl of nine siblings, among them six brothers, who shaped her into the tough, headstrong person she is today. After many roller coaster years of supporting Scrappy and his career endeavors, her current aspiration is to find her own career path. Currently an accredited medical technician, Erica plans to continue pursuing her education and advancing in her field while focusing on her personal and emotional growth.
- K. Michelle (Season 1-present)
Kimberly Michelle Pate, K.Michelle, is a singer/songwriter/musician that hails from Memphis, Tennessee and she's the devoted mother to her son, Chase. She was signed to Jive Records and was brought to the attention of R. Kelly who became her mentor. K.Michelle was the only artist featured on R. Kelly's Grammy nominated album Love Letter. K.Michelle songs "Fallin" and "I Just Can't Do This" rose to 20 of the billboard chart and voted on BET's 106&Park for eight straight weeks. A former Florida A&M Rattler, K.Michelle holds a degree in Psychology and was also voted Miss Florida A&M.
- Karlie Redd (Season 1-present)
Karlie Redd was born in New York and raised with her West Indian family in Trinidad. She's a Hip Hop artist, model and aspiring actress. By the age of 16, she had made over 40 appearances as a model, in movies and in television commercials. As a dancer, she toured with the prestigious Alvin Ailey Dance Company.
- Mimi Faust (Season 1 -present)
Mimi Faust, an entrepreneur, is the long-time girlfriend of Stevie J and the devoted mother of his two-year old daughter, Eva. Torn away from her mother at the age of 13, Mimi quickly learned to be self-reliant and enterprising. She's the owner of Keep It Clean, Inc, an estate and commercial cleaning service and is currently working on incorporating an interior design model to her services. Mimi is also conceptualizing a children's fashion line inspired by her daughter, Eva.
- Khia (Season 2- Present)
better known just as Khia, is an American rapper, songwriter, singer, and record producer.
- Diamond (Season 2- Present)
is an American rapper and former member of the group Crime Mob.

Stevie J is a music producer who had worked with many famous celebrities such as Mariah Carey and P. Diddy. Yet, Stevie is the longtime boyfriend of Mimi Faust on top of having a affair with Joseline Hernandez.
- Ariane Davis (Season 1-present)
The vivacious southern beauty, Ariane Davis, migrated from Mississippi to Atlanta. Ariane is an aspiring singer who says she's born to entertain. A well-known mixologist, Ariane can be found applying her bartending skills at some of Atlanta's hottest nightspots. She not only serves up the best tasting cocktails in town, but also great advice and always a good time. This celebrity bartender is truly the levelheaded sounding board for her best friend and fellow cast member, Mimi Faust.
- Lil Scrappy (Season 1-present)
Scrappy is the fiancee of cast member Erica Dixon, and he also takes a part on the show. He is a rapper who's most known from his song "Money in The Bank." Lil Scrappy is born and raised in Atlanta, GA and his rapping career started when was discovered by Lil John and signed to Black Market Entertainment Recordings. He has one daughter name Emani who is truly the apple of his eyes.
- Shay "Buckeey" Johnson (Season 1-present)
Shay is Lil Scrappy's best friend and she was on The Flavor of Love and Charm School.
- Benzino (Season 1-present)
Benzino is Karlie Redd ex-boyfriend. He owns his own magazine called "Hip Hop Weekly."
- Momma Dee (Season 1)
Momma Dee is the mother of Lil Scrappy.
- Kirk Frost (Season 1)
Kirk is the owner of D-Lo Entertainment which his wife Rasheeda is signed to.
