Total Quality Institute (TQI) is an American rock band from Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

History

Band members began playing in 2004. Their first self-titled, debut EP was released in 2011 by Blind Pigeon records. The band's style is influenced by new-wave, angular rock, punk rock, disco, psychedelic rock and alternative. They have been compared by fans to The Talking Heads, The Velvet Underground, and Devo.
