Nissan 200SX
The Nissan 200SX is Nissan's budget RWD sports coupe. Generally powered by a 1.8/2 Litre turbo-charged straight four engine and based on a Nissan Silvia Chassis, the 200SX encompases a number of different cars, each generation being an evolution of the last. The model name varied between Japan (180SX), Europe (200SX) and the United States (240SX). The U.S. S13 and S14 (the car was sold in the US from 1989-1998) were powered by the KA24DE, a naturally aspirated, 2.4 litre engine - often swapped for an SR20DET. The early 90s Japanese RS13s were powered by the CA18DET, All 180SXes after the early 90s were powered by the SR20DET. All UK S13s received the CA18DET, but the UK S14s and S15s received the SR20DET.
The 200SX family's other claim to fame is that it is perhaps one of the top drift cars in the world.
