Neutrality

Neutrality of the article is disputed due to the following:

Crime has greatly increased in Pondicherry. Though police force had been increased, but crime has not been brought down. Rangasamy did nothing to bring down crime. This has been widely reported in the press as well [1].

He has been credited with helping farmers by bringing Uzhavar Sandhai (farmers market) in this article. But there are envidence that cultivable area has reduced in Pondicherry. Fertilizers have not been available in free market. Rangasamy himself being an Agriculture Minister in the past, did little to help the poor farmer.

Rangasamy could not manage relief for a tiny territory of Pondicherry. Affected regions are in deplorable conditions. Union Minister for State for Home Affairs - Sri Prakash Jaiswal has reported this. [2]. Sri Prakash Jaiswal belongs to his own party Congress(I).

Statements like - "Any state has to be run like a CEO of any corporation and he did just that" are to be backed up with evidence. In fact gross mismanagement of funds are widely reported in press. These reporting suggest the contrary [3]. Perhaps he runs it like Enron.

There was no new schemes in the last several years to conserve water. Schemes like rain water harvesting has greatly helped Chennai are not practized in Pondicherry. This has left to salination of the water table.[4]

Statements like - "Even the opposition parties like AIADMK, MDMK and Puducherry Munnetra Congress find it difficult to critcise him, such is his efficiency as CM." should be backed up with evidence. In fact he has been widely critized within his own party. All five ministers of his own party are not with him[5]. He should take the clue and move to AIADMK or MDMK who like him more.

I haven't seen such a wonderful CM like Mr. Rangaswamy in any other state. For any perfect person such a critics would be normal.Main opponents and Rivals for him are the Central Parlimentary Minister Narayanaswamy (who doesn't have guts to face the public election till now )and the main rival V.Vaithilingam who is the current Agriculture minister who hails from nearby Bahoor.)If there is any issue regarding Agriculture Mr. V.Vaithilingam should held responsible. Mr. Vaithilingam was a chief minister earlier and he the one returned few crores to Central Government as if the Pondicherry that he had done everything to Pondicherry. He is the root cause for the current issue in Pondicherry. He is not at all fit for CM position.

The below links are by the political broker. So let us not trust the below links. If anybody want to check Mr.Rangaswamy ability they should visit Pondicherry. He is the CM who works till 10 PM everyday. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.92.58.117 (talk) 16:28, 16 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Putting discussion regarding an individual is easy for a person. But considering the neutrality of this page, he is delivering a best of his efficiency. Henceforth, this satisfies the neutrality of the biography. Moreover, he is a Chief Minister of the State. Henceforht there should be loads of pros and cons but not as an individual.

References

N.Rangasamy is not a good Administrator. He brought many schemes. But most of the schemes are still in paper only. He gave around 15,000 goverment jobs to his constituency alone which has around 25,000 voters. That is why he is so popular in his constituency. I agree, no body can defeat him in his constituency but thats not a pride after helping his voters in this way. He was misplayed by those who are with him. Some of his aides used to get a token of Rs 25,000 from people for bringing him to their family functions, shop inauguration, etc. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.91.201.56 (talk) 15:47, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
