Glen Downey

Glen Downey signed from Russell Slade’s former club Scarborough in August last year as defensive cover and has just been given a new one-year-deal despite the fact he only played 14 minutes last season. He was injured in his first reserve match but recovered to become a regular for the second string. Glen started his career as a trainee at Hartlepool United but failed to make a single first team appearance.
