Virsad is a village in Borsad County in the state of Gujarat. This village is part of the Charotar area. The village is named after the Vireshwar Temple at the western end of the village. The village is located at an altitude of N22.23 and at a latitude of 72.47. Virsad covers 4.3 square miles. On the northeast end of the village is a 34-acre talav (lake).
