Robert Edward Travaglini (born July 20, 1952) is a former President of the Massachusetts Senate (2003-2007). He represented the first Middlesex and Suffolk senate district, encompassing portions of Boston, Revere, Winthrop, and Cambridge

Travaglini attended Savio Preparatory High School and then continued on to Boston State College, earning a B.S. in 1974. He resigned from the Massachusetts Senate in March 2007 in order to start a lobbying firm.[1]
