Maxx Frank is a keyboardist, songwriter, arranger, and a former member of the award-winning gospel performing group Commissioned.[1]
Early years
Maxx Frank was born Clarence N. Frank on June 25, 1966 in Hammond, Indiana. He is the son of a sixth-grade school teacher and a Marine. Maxx began playing the piano at the age of 3 years old and by the age of 12 was the main organist at his father's church. He is the fifth child of seven siblings. He is married to Sonya Renee Frank. He has five children from his previous marriage: Amillio(oldest), Alexx(second oldest), Arielle(Third oldest),Ashlee(fourth oldest), by a Latino American and Carrington Frank(the youngest, by a different mother). Maxx plays drums, organ, piano, and saxophone.
Musical career
Maxx began his professional career with the Gospel music group, The Winans 1985-1989. Later he joined the gospel group Commissioned 1990-1997.
He has produced and written songs for Commissioned, Fred Hammond, Carman, The Winans, 98 Degrees, Handel’s Messiah, Jesse Campbell, Dawkins & Dawkins, The Whispers, and Yolanda Adams. He has also produced and written over 700+ jingles for television and radio commercials. [citation needed]

His influences are Organist/Pastor Elder David Blakely his son David Allen Blakely, Thomas Whitfield, The Winans, George Shearing, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Quincy Jones, Twinkie Clark, Charles Guyger, Stevie Wonder. [citation needed]
He has founded the production company named “Rock You 1 Entertainment.”
