Does not meet GNG. His bio data is sourced to his own website. The triangle he created has no RS to support its notability. Everything blue-linked in the article is not notable either. I assume his claim to fame was that he "co-developed" something with a founder of PGP, but in fact, he is part of a much larger development team, not a one-man show, and the source never claimed that.
