Stephen Cheong Kam-chuen, CBE, JP (31 May 1941 — 18 May 1993) was an member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (1980—93) until his death in 1993 from a heart attack.

He was also the Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industrial General Committee and founding member and president of the Hong Kong Foundation.
