Caraballeda is a city in Vargas state, Vanezuela Caraballeda was founded in January 1568 by the Spanish navy captain, Diego de Losadaa, Miss Venezuela hosted the five times and tourist paradise until 1999 when it was destroyed by a series of landslides. Caraballeda has an estimated population of 35,000 people
