Nikola Đurđić (Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Ђурђић; born 1 April 1986) is a Serbian football striker playing for German club SpVgg Greuther Fürth. His surname is spelled Djurdjic in English.
Career
In 2011, he was voted the best striker in the Norwegian Tippeligaen by the players of the league.
Đurđić signed for Swedish club Helsingborg in August 2012, ahead of their 2012–13 UEFA Champions League tie against Celtic.[1] This loan contract lasts until 15 January 2013 and includes an option to buy if desired. As well as signing this loan contract, Đurđić also extended his current contract with Haugesund lasting until the end of the 2014-season. In January 2013. Nikola signed a three and a half year contract with Bundesliga team SpVgg Greuther Fürth. He came on as a late substitute in a league match against Bayern Munich on 19. January 2013. At his start-up debut against Schalke 04 in Gelsenkirchen on 2. February 2013. he assisted Felix Klaus for the equilising goal and also scored an injury time winner for Fürth in the same match. In the same month he recieved a Serbian national team call up by the coach Siniša Mihajlović.
