Andreas Tatos (Greek: Ανδρέας Τάτος; born 11 May 1989) is a footballer who hails from the Greek minority of Northern Epirus . He currently plays for Aris Thessaloniki on loan from Olympiacos F.C..
Life
At a very young age after the fall of communism,[when?] Tatos was able to return to his native country of Greece with his father Miltiadis and his mother. In an interview, Tatos expressed that he is a proud Greek from Himare and also tells how fellow Greek footballer Sotiris Ninis and he are very close due to their families coming from the same town.[1]
Olympiacos F.C.
Tatos joined Olympiacos F.C. from Atromitos Athens on 19 August 2011 but he remained in his former club on an one year loan.
National Team
On 5 August 2011, Tatos was one of the three new faces called by Fernando Santos on the Greece national football team for the friendly match against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
