Accumoli is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rieti in the Italian region Latium, located about 110 km northeast of Rome and about 45 km northeast of Rieti. It is located in the natural park known as the "Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga National Park".
The frazione of Grisciano is the hometown of the gricia sauce, similar to the more famous sugo all'amatriciana.
