Big Brother 1 is the debut season of the Canadian reality game show Big Brother Canada. [1] The series is produced by Endemol USA and Insight Productions. Insight Productions has previously produced local Canadian versions of popular reality television formats like Canadian Idol and Canada's Got Talent.[2] The first season will premiere on February 27, 2013.[3]

Houseguests

The fifteen HouseGuests were revealed on February 20 through Slice[4].

Construction began in mid September 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario. It will feature both an indoor and outdoor area.[5]
