Difference?

What is difference between "weaponsmith" and "bladesmith"? Rencas (talk) 22:20, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Simple really. A weaponsmith is more generalised and may have additional skills over those of a specific bladesmith. A weaponsmith may be able to make war bows, normally the preserve of a bowyer. In addition to the slashing, stabbing and cutting weapons a bladesmith makes, weaponsmithing also produces crushing and piercing weapons like mauls, hammers, flails, morning stars, spears and maces. Play a game of Diablo 2, it'll make sense afterwards. Shtanto (talk) 20:48, 17 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
