Talk:Harris levels
Appearance
One must ask, exactly what evidence do we have that these are actually the levels created?
Were they any good?
The question may be a tad tasteless, but if the Harris levels turn out to be particularily violent, or pointless, or masochistic, etc. it could be significant. --Kizor 07:59, 8 August 2005 (UTC)
Well, perhaps someone who actually has doom can tell us, no? - NorphTehDwarf 03:18, 18 September 2005 (UTC)
They are a bit more violent than some other maps in that the emphasis is on more smaller (and easier to kill) monsters than the larger ones. Plus, some more violent graphics were added. Also, the readme files say to "KILL THEM ALL!!" which seems quite disturbing in retrospect. - DNewhall
- As a person who played a few of Eric Harrises maps on DOOM I must say they are pretty non-notable and boring. Unless someone told you or you read the readme youde never know that the wads were made by a mass murderer. --Arm 13:37, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
- The speculation on them being like the school is interesting. When I was in secondary school, back in the day, we had a Doom map of the school on the schools computers. And yet, no massacre there. --Midnighttonight 00:29, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
- Lucky. When I was in middle- and high-school the only game they had/allowed on the computers was Oregon Trail and Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego. I since hated anything to do with history and geography with a passion D: --I am not good at running 00:43, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
