The idea that the deaths of the monks may have been a government/military screw-up deserves more detail and more investigation. As it is, the source provided (essentially a movie review which makes the same assertion in pretty much the same words), is patently insufficient since it is merely an unsourced assertions. That is, providing a source in this case simply pushes the responsibility back one step without satisfying the need for an ACTUAL source, someone who knows what they are talking about. It's covered in more detail in the article about the attack. The movie doesn't really address it at all so I don't think it should be given much significance in the movie's article. The current source is fine for the info it's attributed to: that the news story about the possible screw-up helped the financing of the movie. Smetanahue (talk) 16:14, 27 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
