Hello, I'm MelbourneStar. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Daryl Dixon, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, —MelbourneStar☆talk 09:08, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on other people again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. In regards to this edit summary. Oh, and FYI, there are reliable sources that have the spelling of the name - as it is in the article "Daryl". —MelbourneStar☆talk 09:10, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
FYI Michael Rooker (actor who plays Merle) said it's spelled Derle in an interview. But I suppose who knows if he was genuine. And those weren't personal attacks, I'm just being honest in saying I couldn't have any more disdain for the prime editors of wikipedia if I tried. You included.
"This user believes that anyone who thinks Wikipedia is an unreliable source should continue their quest to find a better website" Been done plenty of times bud. The one thing I hate about these wikipedians.. They edit because they want people, aka the fools that read into this site as a source of knowledge, to believe what they tell them do, despite usually having no knowledge in the field. Most of them aren't experts, but they try to be. I remember neil degrasse tyson said in an interview, that the brain deads at wikipedia edited his page to say he was an atheist.. and when he himself changed it to agnostic, someone reverted him calling it not a reliable source. that's the thing about these people. they edit pages to reflect their own opinions. they want you to believe what they believe.
- Look, judging from your whole attitude towards Wikipedia, and it's editors, and going by your contributions - if you really want, I can organize for you to be blocked. Because all of your edits so far, have been nothing but disruptive. —MelbourneStar☆talk 09:25, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
Please stop using talk pages such as Talk:Wikipedia for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article; not for use as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See here for more information. Thank you. —MelbourneStar☆talk 09:27, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
- Oh bud I'm not being disruptive.. Just adding my opinion to a website devoted to opinions. Fits right in, doesn't it? But seriously wikipedia goes under the facade of an encyclopedia to hide what it's really like. Much less genuine than it presents itself to be. Needs to be shut down! Too many editors with an agenda creates this kind of environment. Also, vandals are beneficial for knowledge in pointing out to the outside, uninformed world, to show them how wikipedia is a joke by design.
- I agree with User:MelbourneStar that you are being disruptive in that you are using talk pages for general discussion. And if you have personal opinions on editors, just don't express them. They're irrelevant to the subjects you're discussing. You're very welcome to improve on the flaws you think Wikipedia carries, but you're currently not contributing in a constructive way. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use talk pages for inappropriate discussion, as you did at Talk:Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. —MelbourneStar☆talk 09:34, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
Come at me wikipedian. What's the best you can do to truthers who point out the delusion of wikipedia. Give them an IP block? Oh give me a break. those change every 10 seconds. The threats have always been meaningless.
This is your last warning. The next time you use talk pages for inappropriate discussions, as you did at Talk:Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. —MelbourneStar☆talk 09:39, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
