Neutrality Dispute?

Whats with the neutrality dispute tag? I am removing it as there seems to be no dispute in Talk, and I find it hard to believe that whether the United States routinely tortures to be even remotely questionable, even Obama has turned out to be a torturer.76.23.121.6 (talk) 06:18, 14 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
