The account Mors Martell was site-banned by the arbitration committee.[1] This IP has appeared, editing from the VPS altushost.com, and stating that they are the site-banned editor.[2] (I assume a VPS provides one way of anonymising edits from anywhere.) Whoever this is (and the identification seems fairly clear) they have monitoring closely what happens on wikipedia and are quite eager to troll disruptively to create confusion.
