Topsail Island is an island off the coast of North Carolina, USA. It is about 25 miles long. It has three main communities: Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach. Along with its thick maritime forests, it is also a sanctuary for sea turtles. It is known for its beautiful beaches.
