Urvashi Chaudhary[1][2] (Template:Lang-hi) (born 27 January 1986) is an Indian actress, Super Model and Brand Ambassador of Bhojpuri Dabangg[3] CCL 3.[4][5][6]
Early life
Urvashi was born in the scenic province of Jammu & Kashmir. She belongs to a progressive nuclear family. She is the eldest of three siblings and she has a younger brother and a sister. She began her modeling[2] career just after she completed her tenth examinations. She completed her schooling from Chandigarh from where she had her first brush with modeling.
Early career
Urvashi[7] entered the glamour world after she began modeling.[2] She was a participant in the pageant Miss India Gladrags Mega Model Hunt in the year 2004. She was amongst the first three runner ups. Barely 18 she had her first taste of the glamour industry when she was declared the first runner up for Princess North India in the same year. Just a year ago she also won the Ms Catwalk Title in 2003. She was also the second runner up in the Miss J & K contest in 2004 at Jammu.
Film career
After modeling for a while she moved on to television commercials. Films were the next logical move and keeping up with the trend she stepped into Bhojpuri cinema. She had an extremely successful stint and won allocates for her performances. She then progressed and stepped into Bollywood. She tasted fame with her film Trump Card[8][9] where she essayed the main lead.
