Expungement of Non-criminal Matters
Evictions filed on one's record can also be damaging. These Civil actions (Unlawful Detainer) can be expunged in some cases in Minnesota. I wonder what other cases of civil expugement are out there. See: http://www.mncourts.gov/district/4/?page=282 64.211.58.60 (talk) 18:42, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
In New Jersey, provision exists to expunge records of mental health commitments. The statutory reference is N.J.S. 30:4-80.8. Allan Marain 01:11, 13 May 2013 (UTC)
