Ugly is a dark psychological thriller and an emotional drama written and directed by Anurag Kashyap.[1]Ugly has been shortlisted for Directors' Fortnight - an independent section held at the Cannes Film Festival[2]. The film stars Ronit Roy, Tejaswini Kolhapure, Vinit Kumar Singh, Surveen Chawla and Vipin Sharma in pivotal roles. The film will also feature model turned TV actor Rahul Bhat in an important role.This will be his onscreen appearance after 9 years.Ugly is produced by Phantom Films and DAR Motion Pictures.The film also marks Anurag's return as a director after Gangs of Wasseypur - Part 2.The digital poster of Ugly was released on May 8.[3]

Plot

It’s a story about a divorced couple and their daughter who goes missing. This is followed by a series of blame game which turns in an emotional drama from a psychological thriller.
