Thomas N'Kono (born July 20, 1956 in Dizangue) is a retired football goalkeeper from Cameroon. A legend for the Cameroon national football team, he played three matches at the 1982 World Cup and five at the 1990 World Cup. In addition he was a bench cover for Joseph-Antoine Bell at the 1994 World Cup.

On club level he played for Canon Yaoundé and RCD Espanyol. He received the France Football African Footballer of the Year award in 1979 and 1982.
