State Route 257 (SR 257) is a southwest–northeast state highway located in the central part of the U.S. state of Georgia. It runs from Cordele to Dublin, via Hawkinsville.

Route description

From the route's western terminus at Interstate 75 (I-75) in Cordele, the route runs northeast, passing through Hawkinsville, Chester, and Dexter, to its eastern terminus at US 319/US 441/SR 31 in Dublin.

History

The portion of the route in Laurens County was numbered as SR 277 until 1959.[citation needed]
