$25 per square foot ?

It does not seem credible that lots sold for $25/square foot. A 100x100 lot would have been priced at $250,000. This seems astounding for 1836. What is the source for this figure? Hochstein (talk) 16:18, 19 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
