Government Hill (政府山) is the hill in Hong Kong, bounded by upper section of Upper Albert Road on the south, Queen's Road Central on the north, Garden Road on the east, and Glenealy on the west, on Hong Kong Island.

The Government House, the residence of the colonial governor and the chief executive, the Central Government Offices (Government Headquarters), the Court of Final Appeal and St. John's Cathedral are on the Government Hill.
