Selfish Machines is the second studio album from post-hardcore band Pierce the Veil, released through Equal Vision Records on June 21, 2010. Its title is derived from a lyric in the song "The Sky Under the Sea".

The iTunes bonus track "She Makes Dirty Words Sound Pretty" is a Vic Fuentes and Jonny Craig song recorded in 2007, but was not released on a record, though it was performed live a few times. Another deluxe edition of the album was released and includes a bonus "The Making Of" DVD and two bonus tracks.[1]

On October 1, 2010, a music video for "Caraphernelia" was released to promote the single and album. Directed by Robby Starbuck, the music video has featured separate shots of both the band, and guest vocalist Jeremy McKinnon of A Day to Remember.

On July 5, 2011, a music video for the second single, "Bulletproof Love" was released.
