Mikhail Borisovich Kogan Template:Lang-ru was born in Zhitomir, Ukraine in September 5th 1893 and died in Moscow, USSR in November 26 1951. Mikhail Kogan was a well-known doctor in Russia. He was a head of therapy department of the 2nd Medical Moscow Institute. He treated well-known people, - Marshak, Martiros Saryan, Shestokovitch, Moltov and others. He was one of the doctors named in the fabricated Joseph Stalin's Doctors' Plot in 1953. However, he had already died by the time the article (in "Pravda" newspaper 13th of January 1953) was published. He was the brother of Boris Borisovich Kogan, (not Boris Kogan the chess player) who was also a doctor and also named in the Doctor's Plot.
