Maika Monroe

Maika Monroe is an American actress and professional kiteboarder,[1] she made her acting debut in 2012 in the film At Any Price co-starring with Zac Efron.

Career

On April 3, 2012 Monroe signed up for Jason Reitman's drama film Labor Day starring Josh Brolin and Kate Winslet, an adaptation of the novel of same name.[2] She played the role of Mandy, a farm girl who romances with a young man eventually becomes his wife and the mother of his child.[3]

On June 26, 2013 Monroe joined the cast of the psychological thriller film The Guest as a lead actress opposite to Dan Stevens.[4] The film is directed by Adam Wingard and the filming began in the mid of July 2013 in New Mexico.[5]
