Michael M. Gessner
Michael M. Gessner was born on March 4, 1952 near Bellefonte, Pennsylvania in Spring Township. He was raised primarily in Lakeland, Florida, having moved there as a child. He graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1976 and also matriculated at Lunds University in Lund, Sweden. He was in the restaurant management business until 1982 when began legal studies at the Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He received his J.D. there in 1985, moved tp Pennsylvania and practices law in southeastern Pennsylvania. In November, 2006 he will be the Republican candidate for Congreess in Pennsylvania's 2nd Congressional District against incumbent Chaka Fattah. _END_
