Saginaw Grant (born Morgan Saginaw Grant, July 20, 1936) is an American Indian actor, traditional dancer and motivational speaker.[1] He was born at the Pawnee Indian Hospital in Payne County, Oklahoma, the son of the late Austin and Sarah (nee Murray) Grant. Saginaw is a member of the Sac & Fox Nation of Oklahoma. His mother's ancestry was from the Iowa and Otoe-Missouria tribes of Oklahoma. Saginaw has appeared in over a dozen movies and numerous television series. He currently resides in the Southern California area. He appeared in the 2013 film The Lone Ranger, as Chief Big Bear.[2]
