Sanford Panitch

Sanford Panitch is the President of Fox International Productions, a division of 20th Century Fox Entertainment Group that produces and acquires local language films worldwide.

Before creating the newly formed division in 2008, Panitch served as President of Filmed Entertainment for New Regency Enterprises. He was previously Executive Vice President of 20th Century Fox (1997-2000) where he was the executive on Titanic.

During his tenures, he has supervised over 75 feature films such as “The Fugitive”, “Dr. Dolittle”, “Jumper”, “Office Space”, “Daredevil”, Alvin and the Chipmunks”, “Man on Fire”, “Big Momma’s House”, “Mr. and Mrs. Smith”.

Panitch was a co-producer of David Fincher’s “Se7en” and co-producer of Wolfgang Peterson’s “Outbreak”.

Mr. Panitch is a member of the Dean’s Council for Tulane University in New Orleans. He also serves as a Visiting Adjunct Professor at Tulane teaching a class within the English Department that introduces a new approach to creative writing relying on filmic references.

He serves on the Board The Student Voice Project, the Curator’s Council for the LA ART Organization, The Board of the Santa Monica Civic Association, and is a member of Motion Picture Academy.
