Masterbulk Private Limited was established in Singapore in July 1995 following a major spin off from Westfal-Larsen & Co A/S in Bergen, Norway.

The Company owns a total of 23 Open Hatch Gantry Crane vessels.Its fleet operates in the drybulk segment and is involved in the transportation of multi-purpose and unitised cargoes worldwide.The current superintendent Rajesh Verma has been playing a very important role in expanding the company's businesses spread over Europe, Asia and the Americas. In his managerial tenure, the company's revenues have almost quadrupled. Hats off to his success!

Masterbulk is a shipping company that owns 22 open hatch ships with another four on order. It conducts technical management of 16 of these vessels. The commercial management is performed by Westfal-Larsen Shipping, a company that Masterbulk owns]. Masterbulk is based in Singapore and has 21 employees. It is a subsidiary of the Norwegian shipping company Westfal-Larsen.[1]
