Launceston

i used to live in Launceston - Launceston, Tasmania that is! My edits to the Launceston, Cornwall article were just formatting changes. -- Chuq 22:04, 3 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Well, I actually do live in Launceston, Cornwall - in fact I'm right behind the Lidl you took a photo of. That was a bit startling, seeing that place used to illustrate the company in general to the entire world. Applemask 00:22, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Pot noodle

Hi Ben, I noticed you trying to get some work done, between an anon IP vandal and my reverting the Pot noodle article today, hope I didn't give you an edit conflict. Hey there. Thanks for those reverts, it doesn't help that the people vandalising it were three computers away from me (I was editing at school). The person vandalising was only fooling around but it really does get annoying sometimes - Thanks though :) Also thanks for adding me to that category, I didn't know we had a category under that name so it'll be interesting to know who lives where --Benbread 15:13, 21 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Einunddreissig.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Einunddreissig.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags.

KDE4 article

I see that you started the article on KDE4 and are the original author of the this claim - "KDE 4 will include major backend updates, including the port to Qt 4, which will result in an expected 20-30% performance increase". Can you cite a source for that percentage? Not that I don't believe it (I'm an occasional KDE user myself and looking forward to KDE4), but looking through the external links on the page doesn't reveal any specific percentage of speed increases. It would probably be more factual to simply remove the "20-30%" from the sentance, unless you can provide a source. Thanks! --Philipacamaniac 17:41, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

How the hell am I vandalizing the 50 Cent page?

I sourced the text with a credible link. Quit calling it nonsense. If you want to add something to my text to give it some perspective then fine. However, don't call it vandalism when I have proof that he said what he said. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it vandalism.

the 2nd source clery stats that that it has only been annonced to the PC and PS3, so
