USS Unadilla (1861)

Thanks for all of the work you have been doing on the Union Navy articles. I removed some of your wikilinks in the See also section of USS Unadilla (1861). Per WP:SEEALSO, links in the article body aren't needed in the See also section. --Kkmurray (talk) 02:29, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi 'Acwbuff276', I'm a member of WikiProject Ships. To help naval historians here at Wikipedia in the effort of writing and citing naval history articles sometime ago I created the List of ships captured in the 19th century and Bibliography of early American naval history pages. Over the last year(+) I have been tracking down and including names of captured ships and naval history texts for inclusion in either of these articles. I like to think that I have included most captured ships (19th century) and most naval history texts (1700s-1800s) for inclusion in these articles, so if you know of any captured ships or naval history texts that are not included would you kindly include them, either on the page or the talk page of the appropriate article? Any help would be a big help. Thanx -- Gwillhickers (talk) 17:00, 1 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Help in maintaining NPOV on historical Pacific War aviator

Hi Acwbuff276. I'm looking for some third parties to review a problem editor who (in my opinion) continues to violate the NPOV policy of Wikipedia on the page of a Pacific War aviator, Mitsuo Fuchida. After exhausting myself trying to maintain viable content in the "Controversy" section, I'm asking for a page ban for this user. If you have time and motivation, I'd really appreciate your consideration to review this issue. The Noticeboard Request is to be found here: [1] I hate to take anyone's time, but this problem is why many won't trust Wikipedia. Thanks for your consideration.--TMartinBennett (talk) 17:59, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
