Born as Mohammad Rachman Sawaluddin in Merauke, Papua, Indonesia, December 23, 1972, Rachman become the fourth Indonesian to win a major world boxing title belt. "The Rock Breaker" (Rachman's nickname) won by a split decision against Daniel Reyes of Columbia (September 14, 2004 in Jakarta).
