Danny Phantom is an American animated television series that ran on Nickelodeon from April 3, 2004 to August 24, 2007. The show was about a teenager named Danny Fenton who, after an accident with an unpredictable portal between the human world and the supernatural "Ghost Zone", becomes half-ghost and frequently saves his town and the world from ghost attacks, while attempting to keep his ghost half a secret from everyone, except his best friends Tucker Foley and Samantha (Sam) Manson.

Danny Fenton is a fourteen year old boy who is pretty average at first until an accident caused him to have ghost powers. He's having some troubles now, but soon he'll have his first major ghost enemy. When his friend Sam changes the school lunch menu, it's caused a ghost to escape from the Ghost Zone. She's called the Lunch Lady and has control over all meats (not to mention she has mood swings). Danny must try to defeat her, but it's not going to be easy because he doesn't know how to use his powers well and the mess would get his human side in trouble. | ||||||

Danny is crushing hugely on the school's most beautiful girl, Paulina. He asks her to go to the big dance with him by giving her an amulet he found, but his ghost abilities keep doing weird things, causing Mr. Lancer to have a parent teacher conference with his dad, so Danny has to overshadow him in order to make it go okay. However, another bad thing has been going on. The amulet that Danny gave to Paulina came from the Ghost Zone and cause everyone (including humans), who becomes very mad, to turn into a fierce ghost dragon. Danny is up all night fighting The Box Ghost and attracts the attention of a Ghost hunter named Skulker, who vows to catch Danny Phantom. Next day, Danny finds that he gets a D on the biology test. Sam suggests that he should do extra credit by doing a report on the purple back gorilla. Plus, Tucker put Danny's schedule into his PDA. But now Danny's in more trouble because Skulker (he's know to catch things rare and unique) has spotted Danny and is trying to capture to him, and just as soon as Danny met his doom, Skulker spotted Tucker's PDA and attached it to his armor. Danny is afraid that his parents are going to get divorced, and accidentally knocks Jack's wedding anniversary gift to Maddie into the Ghost Zone. Danny is determined to get it back, but he is caught by a ghost warden bent on making up rules to retain order in his section of the Ghost Zone. Danny is locked up in the Ghost Zone Prison for 1,000 years alongside many of the ghosts he's fought and sent back to the Ghost Zone. He manages to persuade them to work with him to bust out of the prison. A new guidance counselor depresses most of the students in Casper High School; in reality she is a ghost feeding on the students' misery in order to remain perpetually young. A recently popular singer named Ember McLain magically enchants and charms teenage audiences, but in reality she is a siren-like ghost, enchanting and seducing the teenage audiences into raising her hypnotic music and singing ability. To distract Danny Phantom, she takes advantage of his teenage hormones by placing a romance spell on him, causing Danny's mind to be focused on nothing other than Sam. Sam wasn't affected because she was wearing the phones Danny gave her that could block out ghost sounds, in this case, Ember's singing. To make Danny fight Ember and not go all mushy on her, she kisses Dash and breaks Danny's heart, causing Danny to take out his anger on Ember. To break the spell everyone is under, Danny makes Tucker sing, which causes Ember to lose her mesmerizing power over the audience. | ||||||

Danny and Tucker become obsessed with an online game. Danny doesn't get enough sleep and fails a test for 25% of their marks. Mr. Lancer decides to give him another chance by letting him retake his test, but when Technus escapes and tries to take over the world by using his ghost powers in the online game, Danny has to pass his test. Eventually he passes and returns home to play the game. In order to defeat Technus, he decides to use his ghost powers to counter Technus's, and he catches up with Sam and Tucker in the game. The three of them successfully trap Technus in a glitch in the game before Mr. Lancer stops them by having his own online game. | ||||||

He ends up, along with Sam and Tucker, into the future, after Clockwork tries to kill him. He find out that after the death of Danny's family and friends he let Vlad take the ghost half out of him. Leading Danny's ghost to take the ghost out of Vlad and tries to overshadow his ghost half. Leading the two halves to mix together creating Dark Danny destroying Vlad's castle and killing his human half. Then Dark Danny tries to makes Danny's horriable future to come true, but Danny defeats his evil half, but before he goes in the thermous he says,"Too weak to escape,then you're too late to save them!" Danny wakes up from a dream-powered machine, only to find the citizens of Amity Park all under the same deep sleep, thanks to the ghost of dreams Nocturn, who is sucking up their dreams to increase his energy. Vlad concocts a plan to humiliate Danny into hiding, unbeknownst to him that the world will need a hero when an asteroid hurtles toward Earth, threatening not only Earth, but the ghost zone as well. Vlad reveals his ghost-half to the entire world in order to gain world domination, but failed. Danny convinces every ghost to turn the whole Earth intangibility to save it. Jazz ends up telling her parents Danny's secret after the Fenton jet crashes and they think Danny's inside. Danny reveals his secret to the world, which is accepted with great enthusiasm, gets a statue in the capital of every country, and ends up finally dating Sam. |
