Summary
All-Filipino Cup: Won their first game of the season on February 21, upsetting Alaska Milk in OT, 99-93, followed by a 94-80 win over San Miguel on February 28 for a 2-0 start, the Megas were 4-win, 2-losses when they lost their last four games, and were eliminated along with San Miguel Beer and Ginebra, all carrying 4-6 slates.
Commissioner's Cup: Pepsi Mega defeated Formula Shell, 91-87 in the opening game of the Commissioners Cup at the Araneta Coliseum on June 9, as import Robert "Bob" McCann scored 44 points, and spoiled the debut of the much-hype Gas Kings import Jarvis Matthews, the Megas lost all their remaining 9 games, with McCann being replaced by Kelbey Stuckey.
Governor's Cup: The Megas had Donnie Seale as their import in their first two games which they lost, Seale was replaced by Greg Guy, who also didn't impress the coaching staff and came in Derrick Canada as their third reinforcement, Pepsi won over Ginebra, 112-106 on October 15 in a match up between the league's two doormat teams, the Megas close out their season campaign by winning their last game over Sta.Lucia Realtors, 97-91 on November 10.
