General elections were held in Liechtenstein on 1 and 3 February 1974. The result was a victory for the Progressive Citizens' Party, which won 8 of the 15 seats in the Landtag. Voter turnout was 95.3%, although only male citizens were allowed to vote.[1]

Results

Party Votes % Seats +/-
Progressive Citizens' Party 12,819 48.78 8 +1
Patriotic Union 12,756 48.53 7 -1
Christian Social Party 705 2.69 0 0
Invalid/blank votes 34 - - -
Total 4,320 100 15 0

Note that the total number of votes is lower than the total for the parties, as each voter has as many votes as there are seats in a constituency, and thus can cast multiple votes.
